Return Policy
14-Day Easy Returns: We totally get it – sometimes it just doesn’t work out! You have 14 days from the day you receive your Leva sunglasses to send them back for a refund. No fuss, no hassle.

Keep It New: Make sure the sunnies are in original condition and show zero signs of use (so no beach adventures with them if you plan to return!). They should look as good as when they left our hands.

Register Your Return by Email: To start a return, just drop us an email at crew@leva.cool with your order number and reason for return. We’ll take it from there and guide you through the next steps. Easy!

Quick Refunds: Once we get your returned package, give us about 10–15 business days to work our magic. We’ll process your return and get your refund back to you. (We promise we’re as excited to refund you as you are to be refunded!)

Return Shipping Fee: If you decide to return your order after it has already shipped (for example, if you refuse the delivery or send it back to us after receiving it), we’ll deduct a small return shipping fee from your refund to cover the round trip.


Order Shipping & Tracking
Tracking Updates: The moment we ship your order, we’ll send you a tracking link. Depending on the courier, you’ll get updates via email or even text message.

Speedy Dispatch: We usually get your order out the door within 2–5 business days. If we’re swimming in orders that week, it might take a smidge longer – but we’ll always do our best to get your shades to you ASAP.

Delivery Times: How long until you rock those new shades? That depends on where you live and which delivery service is bringing them to you. Some carriers are faster than others, but rest assured – your Leva goodies are worth the wait!

After-Delivery Safety: Once your package is marked as delivered to your doorstep, our shipping insurance coverage ends (see below). We recommend grabbing it quickly so it doesn’t go wandering!


Order Cancellation & Changes
Need to Make a Change? Changed your mind or typed your address wrong? No worries – as long as we haven’t shipped your order yet, you can request a cancellation or make changes. Just hop onto our website chat or send us an email (don’t forget to include your order number!) and we’ll try our best to help.

Too Late to Cancel: If your order is already being prepped, packed, or has left our facility, we can’t cancel it (it’s literally out of our hands at that point!).

Missed the Window? If we couldn’t cancel in time and your package is on its way, you can still return it once it arrives. Simply email us at crew@leva.cool to arrange your return – return shipping fees will apply.


Address Changes
Oops, Wrong Address: If you realise you entered the wrong shipping address (hey, it happens!), reach out immediately via our website’s help chat or send an email to crew@leva.cool. We can update the address only if the order hasn’t been shipped yet.

After Shipping: Once your sunglasses are shipped, the address is locked in – they’re already on their grand adventure to the original address!


Shipping Insurance
Travel Safe: Every order is insured against theft or accidental damage while it’s on its way to you.

Until Delivery: Our insurance coverage lasts until your new shades arrive safely at your doorstep. Once delivered, it’s all in your hands – so make sure someone’s ready to receive them!


Payment Methods
We Accept the Favourites: You can pay for your Leva sunnies with Visa, Mastercard, American Express (AMEX), Shop Pay (Shopify Payments), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. (Availability might vary depending on your country, but we’ve got plenty of options for you!)

Secure Checkout: Your payment is processed securely using industry-standard SSL encryption – in plain English, your data is locked up tight. We never store your card details; our trusted payment partners handle it all.

Order Authorisation
Payment Pending: When you place an order, your bank might put a hold on the funds (a little “reservation”). Don’t worry – we only take the money when your order is ready to ship.

Declined Orders: If your order doesn’t go through, your bank may be playing it safe. A quick call to them usually sorts it, and our team is always here if you need a hand.


Taxes and Duties
EU – All Inclusive: Prices already include VAT for EU customers – no surprise fees at your door.

UK, Norway & Switzerland Orders: VAT is not included. Your local customs may charge import duties or taxes when your parcel arrives – these are your responsibility.

Currency & Conversion: Prices are in Euros (€). If you pay in another currency, your bank will handle the exchange at their rate. We’re not responsible for currency changes or bank fees, but we can confirm the sunglasses are worth every cent.
